MILESTONE
2007 – Aroma Reguler
PT Aroma Tobacco International’s first step into the national kretek industry began with the launch of Aroma Reguler—a 12-stick hand-rolled kretek that became the foundation of our journey.
2011 – Aroma SLM
Seeing the shift in market preferences, Aroma Tobacco International introduced Aroma SLM, a slim hand-rolled kretek designed for modern kretek enthusiasts.
2018 – Aroma Bold (12 sticks)
The next step was entering the Medium Tar Machine-Rolled Kretek category with Aroma Bold. This variant carries a bold flavor character and the spirit of freedom of expression. Over time, the 16-stick variant of Aroma Bold was launched, maintaining its consistent quality while answering market demand for larger quantity options.
2022 – Aroma Mile
PT Aroma Tobacco International introduced Aroma Mile, our first mild machine-rolled kretek. With a smooth and light taste in a 16-stick pack, this product marked our initial step into the mild category.
2024 – Flavor Innovations
This year became a milestone for Aroma Tobacco International in expanding our flavor portfolio. We launched Aroma Royal Tea, a hand-rolled kretek with an elegant tea flavor, and officially introduced Aroma Royal Fusion, combining juicy fruit aromas.
2025 (Early Year) – More Diverse Flavored Kretek
At the beginning of 2025, Aroma Tobacco International continued its innovation with Aroma Ice Lemon Tea, a mild machine-rolled kretek with a fresh lemon tea taste, combining a dominant sweet-and-sour sensation. This was followed by the launch of Aroma Bold Coffee, a rich coffee-flavored kretek with a bold character, aimed at daring consumers.
2025 (July) – Aroma Slim Mango & Aroma Royal Coffee
We expanded our flavor portfolio with two new variants: Aroma Slim Mango, a slim kretek with a juicy and light tropical mango taste, and Aroma Royal Coffee, a coffee-flavored kretek with a warm and bold flavor.
2025 (August) – Expansion to Magelang
The rapid growth of PT Aroma Tobacco International’s business led to the establishment of a Hand-Rolled Kretek Factory in Magelang. This step is not only about expanding production capacity but also reflects PT Aroma Tobacco International’s commitment to empowering the local workforce.
